Lake Nona Triathlon: Youth Splash & Dash

Open to youth ages 6-14 years old. The Splash & Dash will be on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 5:00 PM at the Lake Nona Adventure Park.
The Splash & Dash race will begin at the Aqua Park inflatable obstacle course.

Participants will traverse the state-of-the-art inflatable obstacle course that features over 1000 feet of challenging and exciting obstacles! Once they exit the inflatable course, participants will head out for their run.

Run distance varies by age:
Ages 6-10 will run .5 mile
Ages 11-14 will run 1 mile

All participants will receive a shirt and finisher medal. Awards will be given to the top three males & females in 1-year age group increments.
