This morning gathering is open to all, from beginners to practitioners with a well-established practice.
We begin with a short meet and greet and then move into a 10-15-minute guided meditation. There is a contemplative reading and time for reflection and discussion. We always end with a 3-minute, 3 question, meditation to embrace the day ahead.
Feel free to bring a mat or meditation pillow if that is preferred.
Classes are free for all members of the Lake Nona Community to attend.
