Our longest running event (get it?), this yearly celebration of fun, family and fitness is one of Lake Nona’s signatures. The marquee event is the Run Nona 5K, which winds 3.1 miles through Lake Nona’s beautiful neighborhoods, trails and community spaces. And, bring your little ones for the Nemours Kids’ Run followed by a lively Kids Zone so they can expend some energy, too.

Whether you run or walk the race or are in attendance to cheer on the athletes, the after-party is one you won’t want to miss. Cool down with a free celebratory beer for all runners 21+ and other cold treats and beverages, live entertainment, and a foam party perfect for snapping unforgettable pics. Join in the fun until the sun goes down in Lake Nona!
