Orlando-based geospatial tech firm Nuview has opened a roughly 20,000-square-foot global headquarters in Lake Nona Town Center, signaling a major expansion that includes plans to grow the HQ to around 100 employees, add dozens of high-wage jobs, and eventually create up to 1,000 positions across Florida. Co-founder and CEO Clint Graumann said the decision to double down in Lake Nona rather than relocate to California reflects confidence in Central Florida’s deep talent pool in photonics, optics, lasers and lidar, as well as the community’s quality of life, while Tavistock Development leaders highlighted Nuview’s move as validation of Lake Nona’s emerging “airport city” tech ecosystem spanning health, life sciences, aviation, human performance, sports tech and aerospace.
