Luxury townhome community Alora to open in Lake Nona

Toll Brothers is bringing a new luxury townhome village, Alora, to south Lake Nona, with 125 three-story homes off Luminary Boulevard and Centerline Drive slated to open in late spring 2025. The community will offer three 2–4 bedroom floor plans ranging from about 1,867 to 2,037 square feet, with prices starting in the low $600,000s—well above Central Florida’s February 2025 median home price of $385,000—and will feature resort-style amenities including a pool and water park, fitness center, tennis and volleyball courts, barbecue areas, fire pits, community garden, dog park and walking trails.
