The University of Central Florida has opened its new Dr. Phillips Nursing Pavilion at the Academic Health Sciences Campus in Lake Nona, expanding its capacity to graduate more than 400 nurses annually and helping address Florida’s growing healthcare workforce needs. The 90,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility features advanced simulation labs and immersive learning technologies that prepare students for real-world clinical environments while reinforcing Lake Nona’s role as a premier destination for medical education, healthcare innovation, and talent development.
