Lake Nona West is now open.
Set across 54 acres and more than 405,000 square feet, Lake Nona West is a walkable, open-air destination bringing shopping and everyday conveniences together in one place. Anchored by Target, it was designed as an extension of the community, with shaded walkways, public art, green spaces and places to gather.

DESIGNED FOR MORE THAN SHOPPING
Lake Nona West was designed with more than storefronts in mind.
Shaded promenades connect the shops and future restaurants. Pocket parks and gathering greens offer places to pause between stops. Bike lanes, pedestrian pathways and mobility improvements help connect the destination to the broader community.
A robust public art program led by Chalk & Brush brings 30 original murals across the buildings and walkways. Together, the works turn the destination into an outdoor art experience, with pieces designed to be discovered throughout the center rather than confined to a single wall or plaza.
Among them is a large “Greetings from Lake Nona West” mural visible from Lake Nona Boulevard, featuring familiar Lake Nona references including The Glass House and Disco the dog.
A 20-stall Level 3 electric vehicle charging hub powered by Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging will add another convenient option for visitors.
It is a place designed to stay awhile, not simply pass through.
