Recent wins for Lake Nona’s office segment include leases with medtech firm Fountain Life, Inc. 5000 tech firm Playfair Data and securing the U.S. headquarters for Dnata, a Dubai-based global air and travel services firm — not to mention being identified by a corporate site selection firm as among the country’s best destinations for relocations in the evolving office landscape.
Lake Nona's 1.3-million-square-foot office sector, which is all Class A, has an average vacancy rate of 7.3% — about half the average for metro Orlando's Class A office inventory, on the whole, per research from JLL.
