The addition of a new restaurant concept and a Starbucks will further bolster the momentum for Lake Nona Town Center, which experts suggest has played an important role in the corporate attraction the area has seen as far as reeling in new office and tech tenants.
So says John Boyd, principal for corporate site selection firm The Boyd Co. Inc. “A common denominator among really successful suburban submarkets is the presence of a mixed-use development that has those planned community amenities our migrating workers like, such as recreational activities, trails, nightlife, restaurants and retail,” he said.
