DNA Mural

The concept of the color sequencing on the DNA Garage is realized by the DNA Mural, featuring Valencia orange DNA. This surreal art application showcases lines emanating from the vertical fins of the garage, morphing into DNA helixes, then merging into floating Valencia oranges and sports balls. The volleyball and basketball represent the adjacent building, the Lake Nona Performance Club at One Performance Plaza. By mixing both the real and unexpected, this creates a visually pleasing and information piece of art, complimenting the art story within Lake Nona Town Center.

The mural was a collaboration between Tavistock Development Company’s Senior Graphic Designer, Carissa Bloemeke, who concepted and designed the mural, with Eduardo Smet who painted the concept using spray paint.
